Features:

2. We adopt the international advanced CFD Turbo Software to optimize the design of pump casing and impeller, which not only improves the efficiency and reduce the cost, but also supplies the pump with suitable capacity and head to meet the requirements from consumers.

3. We use the special software and advanced hydraulic model to optimize and design impeller and pump casing, which reduces water lost and improve efficiency. The design point efficiency is 5-15% higher than common kinds of pumps. The material of impeller wear ring is wear-resistant.

4. This series double suction pumps have excellent suction performance; can be operated at high rotating speed. Low speed pump can be selected under the condition of high suction lift.

5. Double suction structure of impeller, double out casing structure of pump casing and shorting distance between bearings as possible make libration reduce and noise lower, so that librating will not happen even operate on ship.

6. Double-casing structure and best material can ensure the wear parts to run for a longer time.

7. Different materials are selected for various medium to meet the site conditions, including: gray iron, ductile iron cast steel, stainless steel, Ni cast iron, copper and other wear materials.
